Speaker Leo Rich ARPS, DPAGB, EFIAP/g, HonPAGB ‘Lucky Leo - The Finale’

Leo classes as a “jobbing amateur photographer” photographing whatever takes his fancy. In recent years he has shown a special interest in environmental portraiture and natural history subjects, many of which were taken on his Annual visits to India.

Throughout his “photographic” journey (including when he was PAGB President) his mantra has been ‘Photography should be fun!’ because he thinks so many photographers take themselves far too seriously.

Leo has titled this talk “Finale” as, unfortunately it looks as if his days of long distance travel are over - even if he defied the Medics he could not find the insurance premium (despite his Surname).  So he has done his usual thing of throwing images together, in no particular order and with no theme.   It has been his sole aim to encourage other photographers that you can survive in this cutthroat hobby with mediocre images and a sense of humour.
